Designer Alessandra Petersen Returns to Mexico City With a Pop-Up You Can’t Miss

A few days ago, I received an invitation to Alessandra Petersen’s pop-up store in Mexico City. I was so happy to hear about it—I’ve been following her career since I met her a few years ago at the Caravana Americana Pop-Up and I also had the opportunity to interview her during the COVID pandemic for the blog.

Alessandra is a very talented fashion designer from Peru, and next year her brand will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Her work is rooted in sustainability, and she collaborates with a very special group of elderly artisans. Some of her designs take up to 80 hours to make by hand. Several of the pieces you’ll find at this pop-up store are inspired by Mexico’s bright colors. Have any plans this weekend? The pop up store is located at “Esperanza Home” in Colima 174 , Colonia Roma in Mexico City.
